The return process by our company is completed within 7 working days, and the refund period of the bank to the customer card is reflected in 3-10 working days according to the information provided by the banks to us. In the entire return process, we request that this 15-day period be taken into account from the date the cargo is received by our company. How can I change or return the product I bought?

To change the product you bought online, you must first return the product you purchased and place a new order. If you want to change the product from any of our stores, you must take the product to our store with the invoice. The price of the product / products to be changed is determined in our stores by examining the invoice.
In line with the request of our customer; You can buy different sizes of the same product / products, exchange with a different product for the amount written on the invoice, or buy another product (by credit card or cash) by paying an extra fee on the price of the product (s). If you do not want to make any changes or buy a different product, a gift voucher valid for 6 months can be given for the amount of the product. Product change can be made for 14 days.

In order to change the product for which you have lost the invoice, you can change the product by specifying the information that includes the billing address, phone number, order number and the reason for the return, provided that it is in accordance with the exchange procedures.
Presentation of the sales document is required for the return of the product at the purchased price. In cases where the sales document cannot be submitted, the product is returned at the current sales price of the product.
